HOUSE RENT AGREEMENT
This agreement made on 1st October 2021 between “Azhar Rasheed”, herein after called the Lessor and “Munir Ahmed, hereinafter called the Lessees.
WITNESSTH:
Lessor and Lessees, for and in consideration of the covenant and agreement hereinafter contained, do hereby enter into the following lease agreement.
- Lessor shall lease to Lessees commencing on 1st October 2021, a house covered by 1361.25 square foot land owned by Lessor, located in “Describe complete address ….”
- This lease shall be for a term of 3 years commencing on 1st October 2021, and terminating on 30th of September 2021.
- Lessees shall pay to the Lessor the sum of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousands Only) per month. 10% amount will be increase after completion of 1st Year. The first payment is due on 5th of October 2021 and each subsequent payment is to be paid on or before the each 5th of each month.
Payment Schedule is as under:
1st Year 2022 (Monthly Rent) - Rs.10,000.00
2nd Year 2023 (Monthly Rent) - Rs. 11,000.00
3rd Year 2024 (Monthly Rent) - Rs. 12,100.00
Utilities:
Tenant is responsible for payment of all utility and other services for the premises.
Security Deposit.
Upon signing this agreement, tenant will pay a security deposit in the amount of Rs. 20,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Thousands Only) Security deposit will be return to tenant after clearance of utility bills and other outstanding in any.
