SALE AGREEMENT FOR HOUSE
This AGREEMENT TO SALE of house made at Lahore on “Tuesday” of 31 May 2022.
BETWEEN
Mr Shoib Alam son of Muhammad Alam, holding identity Card Number 123456789, Resident of Street No-2, Madina Colony, Tehsil and District Lahore, hereinafter called the SELLER of the property.
AND
Mr Sohail Ahmed son of Zohaib Ali, holding identity card number 123456789, Resident of Street No. 3 Garden Town, Tehsil & Distrct Lahore, hereinafter called the BUYER of the property.

Terms & Conditions:-
SELLER and BUYER are accepting the following terms and conditions in the presence of witness:-
The SELLER will sell and the BUYER will Buy the house property (Property detail given at para 1 of this agreement) at the price of Rs. 1,500,000.00 (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Thousands Only).
The BUYER has been paid a sum of Rs. 1,000,000.00 (Rupees Ten Hundred Thousands Only) to SELLER and SELLER is hereby acknowledged the payment.
The BUYER will pay the remaining amount for a sum of Rs.500,000.00 (Rupees Five Hundred Thousands Only) to SELLER on 15 September 2022.
The expenses for preparation and completion of the deed, cost of stamp, registration charges, and all other required expenses shall be borne by the BUYER.
The SELLER must obtain a clearance certificate or necessary permits at his own cost to complete the sale.
The SELLER will give the vacant possession of the house on completion of deed and registration.
The SELLER will pay all the dues of property Tax, Electricity Bill, Gas Bill, Telephone Bill, Water and Sewerage Bill, Maintenance Charges etc upto 31 May 2022.
